No. An applicant must have a DLVM degree and an average of 2.0 or better in the DLVM courses to be admitted into the MLVM program. If the applicant's average in the DLVM courses is lower than 2.0, the applicant must take and pass the qualifying exam, which will cover all DLVM courses.
