Yes, as long as the applicant have satisfied the program-specific requirements listed in the program's information and curriculum, and have submitted the complete documentary requirements for admission before the application deadline.
Kindly take note that the MLVM program is only open for UPOU DLVM graduates. All applicants are admitted to the Diploma program first. Interested MLVM applicants must first satisfy the course requirements of the Diploma program before proceeding to the Master's program.
