As all courses are delivered fully online and asynchronous, you may enroll to MLVM even if you are currently residing and working outside of the Philippines. In fact, several of our students are based abroad. You may read your lessons and do your assignments, anytime and from anywhere around the globe. As long as an applicant complies with the requirements of their desired program, they can apply for admission to UPOU.
With regard to foreign applicants who would like to apply for a student visa, UPOU does not require its students to be in residence in the Philippines; hence, it could not assist in the issuance of Student Visa (9F).
