MLVM courses are delivered on a semestral basis and can be completed with an additional year of part-time study after completing the Diploma program, in accordance with the program of study. However, a maximum residency rule (MRR) of seven (7) years will be adopted from the Master of Land Valuation Management (MLVM) program of UPOU.
