Students who started in the first semester are expected to take the courses in the following sequence:

Year	First Semester	Course Title	Number of Units
1	LVM 201	Concepts and Processes of Land Valuation	3 units
1	LVM 202	Development Controls and Construction	3 units
2	LVM 205	Advanced Land Valuation	3 units
2	LVM 206	Land Asset Management	3 units

Meanwhile, students who started in the second semester are expected to take the courses in the following sequence:

Year	First Semester	Course Title	Number of Units
2	LVM 202	Development Controls and Construction	3 units
2	LVM 205	Advanced Land Valuation	3 units
3	LVM 206	Land Asset Management	3 units
3	LVM 208	Mass Appraisal	3 units
